Email us at support@isitdown.services with the service name and what you're seeing — we pull most data directly from providers' own status APIs, but we're happy to investigate discrepancies.

Not yet, but you can subscribe to the global RSS feed or any per-service RSS feed for a lightweight, machine-readable way to track incidents. If you need something more, let us know what you're building.
IsItDown.Services is run by a small independent team, so response times aren't guaranteed, but we read every email and aim to reply within a few business days.
