By accessing or using IsItDown.Services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Does

IsItDown.Services aggregates publicly available status information for third-party cloud, developer, payment, communication, and consumer services, and supplements it with anonymous, crowdsourced user reports. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

2. Not an Official Source

IsItDown.Services is an independent, unaffiliated project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the companies or services we monitor (including but not limited to GitHub, Stripe, Discord, and AWS). All product names, logos, and brand icons displayed are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the service being monitored. Always consult a service's official status page for authoritative information before making operational decisions.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that status information will be accurate, complete, or delivered in real time, or that the Service itself will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IsItDown.Services and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, downtime, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or reliance on, information displayed on this site.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically overload the Service beyond reasonable personal use
• Submit false or misleading community outage reports intended to deceive other users
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure or API endpoints
• Use the email subscription or report endpoints for any purpose other than their intended use

6. User Submissions

By submitting a community outage report, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display that report in aggregate, anonymized form on the Service. By subscribing to email alerts, you consent to receive transactional emails about the service(s) you selected; you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service links to official status pages and other resources operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those external sites.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms
